I only used them for a Uhaul but the guy was happy to help me even though it was 8:30 in the morning on a Sunday and they weren't even open. Had some issues with the Uhaul app (which he warned me about, which was appreciated) so three calls later he had me on the road. This is exactly the customer service so many places don't even aim for anymore, let alone hit. If/when I need storage this is definitely where I'm going. I wish all companies remembered what customer service and managing expectations are all about.

I love this storage facility. I have been with them awhile now and durn my stay I have falling short a couple times and needed more time to catch up. Times are hard now a days! They always worked with me and allowed me time. They are very professional and understanding. I really appreciate you guys and can't thank you enough. This is the only storage facility I will ever use. You guys have a life long renter!!!!!
