Purchased this light from save More 7 years ago. Tenant broke one of the glass pieces. Matilda was able to track down the light and reorder the part and extra bulbs. Great service!

We have had our bathroom fixtures from Save More for over a decade and recently needed to fix a leaky shower tap. Their service department came through with the replacement cartridge and since it was an unusual Italian brand, Narottam guided us through, step by step, painstakingly, and we didn't have to call a plumber. We were very thankful! It's great to have such personal service, especially these days. Buy from locally independent businesses and reap the benefits.

Customer service is not good. No response. They care only for cash. As long as they have the cash, they don’t care anymore. No return. No exchange. Nothing but money matters for them.
