I went to this provider for major services that they promised they could handle. They had hired a new dentist and he was moving his practice here. They assured me they would be able to do the services and treatment plan we came up with that would take at least a year. I paid up front and started my treatment only to find out about a week into it that "something went wrong, and the dentist is no longer there" They would have a "Temporary" dentist until they could find a replacement. I love this place! The people are so nice and friendly. They answer all your questions and don’t make you feel rushed. I love that the dentist will tell you his honest opinion whether or not it makes money for the office. Honesty is big in my book.
I underwent a complicated implant process over a year. The work was excellent! Dr. Clark was extremely careful to assure that everything went perfectly, including waiting long periods between procedures to assure everything healed properly. My new teeth look and feel great. They even nearly matched the estimate for the work I got in Mexico! I can't recommend them more highly.
Dirty, dark and I felt like I was at a used car dealership. They tried to sell me on every dental procedure under the sun for my daughter who just went in for a cleaning. All of a sudden, they were giving me estimates for Invisalign, wisdom teeth extraction and whitening. Unprofessional and the dentist treated me like I was an idiot. Decided on Ben Lomond Dental instead. You won’t need a tetanus shot there. You get what you pay for, I guess. I will choose quality in this instance.
