I went to get avocado stains off my jacket, they just steamed over all the stains and it’s noticeable… so now it’s more embedded in the fabric also they need to update the hours there open

This place has not accountability. They don't care about open and closer times. And the staff continue to lie about there times. I was told 11. And it's been 20mins. Most don't come until a hour later. And still not open. They need to chnage there time or new staff need to be found. For a cleaners on a military base where everything is time oriented their is highly unreliable.

I've only been in San Antonio for one month, but this place has saved me a couple times now. Lussi helped me each time I went and pointed out several conveniences that I didn't even think about. I highly recommend this place. Just ask for Lussi, be nice, and she'll take care of you.

Needed to get my uniform done and the lady said it would be done in a week. Went to go pick up my uniform and the lady was rude and told me my uniform was not done and wouldn’t be done until later. What’s the point of paying for something to be done quickly if they aren’t going follow. Very unprofessional

I am extremely disappointed with the alterations performed on my Army Service Uniform (AGSU). I brought my uniform in expecting professional, precise work consistent with military standards. Unfortunately, the sewing was noticeably unaligned and crooked, which is unacceptable—especially for a uniform that requires exact placement and attention to detail.
