Unprofessional and Rude Service from Ms.cynthia Every time I come in, I’m met with a rude attitude from the same woman at the counter. Most recently, I was just approaching and she immediately snapped, “Are you here for Pick up? It’s not until 1800,” before I even had a chance to speak. She always seems irritated, is constantly on the phone, and just generally makes the experience unpleasant. Don’t get anything dry cleaned here. They ruined a nice men’s dress shirt. A $30 credit comes nowhere near replacing it…and you will only get the credit if you leave the clothes. Nope! That is really terrible. They did not even offer a refund. Look elsewhere for dry cleaning.
Pretty cheap good service, they also do alterations
If they say 11am or 9am, please plan to wait almost an hr for them to open. Very inconsiderate with time
