One of the items I bought was missing a part. Unfortunately they did not have an extra of that model so I could not get the part replaced, but wanted to leave a positive review anyway. The person who assisted me was not rude and inflexible like some of the other reviewers suggested. Although I didn't take him up on the offer, he was more than willing to do an exchange for me for a different model. You don’t get to give bad service and products, then say we’re supposed to support you because you’re a small business. Calling your customers liars and scammers is not a good look. Do better.
