My experience with JR Computers Inc. was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever had. It took numerous emails, phone calls and even threats of legal action for them to deliver a laptop that I paid for weeks earlier. When I finally did receive the laptop, it had half the memory it was supposed to have and the wrong operating system.
