I don't understand how this establishment never answers phone calls...sorry we're to busy to answer calls right now over and over over again. This is a clinical not a car dealership,,no consideration what so ever for incoming calls . No one is that busy
I'm sorry to say but from my experience you really should rethink this option. If you want incompetent young people controlling your medical situation then its for you. But if you are free thinking and ask too many questions about services you do not need then you become a threat to the money coming in. The staff are nice however I end up being there for 3 hours every time! when you get in there you take a survey on their tablet and one of the questions is how long can you sit without pain I put for 1 hour but I can sit comfortably longer if the chair had more cushion to help my back. and other areas that are painful. Every time I go in there they ask how can we help you today. The staff are nice if you can't sit for a long time
Staff lies to all. I was told ihep was giving bonus to savas health for each patient to go through a new program for pain management . I went to program once they decided it was good fit for me. I was told had to go to program again or find new pain management. I have a friend with ihep., she does not need to go to program.
