I want to say if you go to this pain management be prepared for the worst, my husband goes here, he went to to his appointment on the 31st of August because they do weekend appointments, Monday was a holiday so we went to the pharmacy Tuesday to pick up his medicine just for them to say they never received his prescription. So I called Savas to see what happened and they claimed they put his prescription in on the 31st, I told them the pharmacy never received it. Runn far far away. Incompetent, horrific, non existent...they don't even pick up the phone.
They don't even pick up the phone. The worst medical office I've ever dealt with.
7 months later and they still don’t answer their phone unless you try every 2 minute and pray for a human. Find a different dr asap. They should have stayed in the dingy building they’re causing more harm right now than good. Office manager dictates what kind of care the patient gets? What happened to meet you when you are??? Update: 2 weeks after posting this tenure, after being admitted inpatient for pain related issues on 11/4.
