They have be the worst communication and follow up of any hospital or doctors office I've ever seen. And I've worked at numerous hospitals as a trauma nurse. Can get anyone on the phone and no one ever calls you back or completes what they promise. I've been denied disability twice cause they failed to hand over medical records twice to the state and no one gets my paper works returned for dpss and I got my program denied and stopped sure to them failing to complete. If I could give it 0 stars I would this place is horrible their never on time with there refills for meds on the day their due and the receptionist are horrible they are extremely rude and yell at you just for asking simple questions and the doctor Jaime can careless about fixing the issues do yourself a favor and don't NOT got here
They should have stayed in the dingy building they’re causing more harm right now than good. Office manager dictates what kind of care the patient gets? What happened to meet you when you are??? I have been a patient with Savas for 4 years .. The one in Hemet . My Doctor was Jamie . At the Hemet clinic, they were Amazing. The staff and doctors were very understanding to their patients. And listen to theme. Never had a problem. Now ever since they are and now moved; very to the San Jacinto location. They are not understanding to their patients at all . They have a new program. No se cómo manejan las citas , pero tardan mucho en atender mucho, yo tengo mas de un año atendiendo en la oficina de Hemet y todavía no me han podido lograr que la Aseguranza me apruebe mi tratamiento y eso provoca que siempre esté con muy fuerte dolor!! Además siempre tienen personal nuevo!!
