Changing to 4 stars based on response Drove down emergency lane to cut through long line of traffic, due to a very bad, lane blocking accident!!!
We’ve been waiting for a scope of work quote for 2 months. After 3 phone calls in one week alone and Savaria lifts promising to email us, still nothing. Terrible communication

On July 15 the install of my stairlift was started... today is September 26 and I still do not have full functionality of my lift. I have called numerous times to request an update as to when it will be completed. It seems that the only messages to get through were ones before I signed the contract. This company has a total lack of follow-through, integrity, and customer service. Do yourself a favor; give Savaria a miss!
Been waiting for over a year as it’s been repeatly looked at, with large travel fee and increased costs. New workers are not knowledgeable so just throw parts at it. Service is horrible!!!
