Never answered the phone and doesn't call back!!!
I find this plumbing company useless. I called several times, no one answers. You leave an message and they take forever for them to return your call. Unless you are a company, it appears they don't like dealing with smaller jobs. Not impressed. I would recommend going with Mr. Rooter or Hy-Pro. They are there 24 hours and they are very friendly. They will come out and give you estimate with no obligation. This is the company you want to deal with. I hope this helps someone.
