The yoga/ meditation sessions with Riya are amazing. Her directive approach is very appreciated. She gives homework, and each session has a different focus. I leave with an incredible feeling in my chest.
Amazing service! Savant care provides its patients with free 1-1 yoga (meditation and physical). I have been seeing Riya as my yoga instructor and she is wonderful. Highly recommend Savant Care for psychiatric health.
I have really enjoyed my yoga and meditation sessions with Riya Bhatt. She creates a very calming environment and is a very patient teacher.
Update: After the pandemic, their rates increased significantly, and unfortunately, I was no longer able to continue as a patient due to the higher costs. Dr. Parikh is very considerate and understanding of her patients mental health needs. Great mental health office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.
