Bad customer service, front desk and administrative staff not helpful at all, i will not recommend my loved ones to reside here.
Every one so nice. The office staff and nurses are so nice.
Enjoyed when i toured the facility and decided to move in. Good food and great people. Mark the administrator was easy to work with, felt very welcomed.
The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure the residents at Villa are well taken care of. I would recommend this place as this is my home City as well. Villa De Anza will always be a option in mind for future references. Mochi did a amazing job of ownership STEALING LOVED ONES IDENTITY IS ILLEGAL!!!!
