I am giving this company one star due to building a community and not completing it and the builder left the community in disarray not completing the open areas and leaving homeowners to pay tens of thousands of dollars and special assessments in order to get the community on track, 2 years after being built the builder did not follow what he was supposed to do. As a previous board member, I have seen the behind the scenes and it will take many years for this community to get on track since he left it very sloppy.
Wish we could change this to 0 stars. We are changing our google rating of Savant homes after all the unfinished things he just left the homeowners in Mountain Gate at Marianna Butte HOA to pay for. Savant Homes has very poor business practices. Buyer beware! Ask anyone in the subdivision Mountain Gate at Marianna Butte. Savant Homes built our new patio home and we could not be happier! Our home was designed to meet our specific needs and we will live here for the rest of our days. It is the best experience we have ever had with a builder and the construction and finishes are excellent.
