Location is prime! It’s literally close to everything! It’s a very close knit community also and we get to do lot of celebrations during festivals in the lobby! It’s like home away from home. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help out. Cute little playgrounds for kids which my daughter loved playing in! We also felt very secured in the community and never had to worry about our daughter’s safety because a fob is required to access the elevator. Highly recommended!
The build quality of the new construction is very nice. Clean lobby area with lots of seating and free EV charging in the gated garage. The amenities do not include a pool and clubhouse area like some of the lennar and toll brothers communities but the building is very secure and centrally located. It also has a gym and dog park.
This apartment is full of problems. 1) **Parking**: Parking is a complete mess. You can’t find a parking spot, and you won’t get an assigned one. It uses an automatic parking system, which means parking your car and retrieving it takes at least 5-10 minutes. There have been a couple of accidents because of this system. If the gates don’t open, it's very difficult to get your car. You can’t invite guests because there is no guest or street parking. There are only a few guest parking spots for 90+ units.
