This is elderly and disabled housing. They take very good care of the units and the grounds. I deducted one star because the manager told me that they aren't allowed to shovel the snow from the sidewalks so my son and I shoveled every sidewalk out there this last winter after a big snow storm. These people are, as I stated, elderly and/or disabled. They can't and shouldn't be expected to walk through a foot of snow.
