We were encouraged to euthanize our wounded cat rather than spend the thousands and thousands of dollars that “gold standard care” at SVEC could possibly cost us. I would have given no stars if possible. This is supposed to be an emergency vet clinic. Seems a doctor should be in the building to take care of emergencies. My husband took our dog in on a Saturday afternoon and waited 2 hours. He was the only one in the waiting room. A "nurse" took our baby's temperature. That's it. He decided to leave. I mean do we really want someone who doesn't care enough to show up taking care of a member of our family? I asked him when he got home did he let them know he was leaving. No he didn't.
