After waiting almost 2 weeks for a return phone call get an apt, then waiting 1 month for the apt, I was told (at the apt) that someone would call me either that day or the following buss day to schedule the colonoscopy. Again, waiting, leaving messages, waiting, leaving messages, I finally found a different doctor with a staff effecient enough to answer the phone. THEN I get a bill from SVI above what they agreed they would accept from my ins. Seems like the billing dept is the only that does their job, albeit in error.
This review is for Dr. Mondy only 5 stars !~ this awesome doctor is more like 5 x 5 x 5 x 5x 100,000 topstars fireworks and trumpets w fanfare with highest ratings for this award winning most incredible doctor ! The receptionist was quite professional and friendly despite the fact the computers were not cooperating. The Ultrasound tech and Nurse practitioner were both friendly, informative and concerned. It almost makes one want to go to the doctor, not really. :-)
The lady at front desk has a nasty way of telling you to sign in.she got mad cause a few people sign in early.Very rude to mubble to your co-worker..... I can see you.
Front desk personel are very unhelpful.
