I have been a patient of Savannah Vascular Institute for many years after being diagnosed with a blood clot following severe trauma to my leg. I started seeing Dr. Horesh a few years ago when a follow-up visit revealed my IVC filter needed to come out. Dr Horesh removed my filter which had migrated from its original position.
