I felt very comfortable with Dr Brown. I enjoyed his professionalism, his caring and his determination to help me as much as possible

One of the worst experiences from a doctors office I have ever experienced. I was seen on 2/5/25 for a follow up and was told a referral for an MRI was placed. The doctor said she would call me with the results. I had to call the clinic after about a month explaining that I had not been contacted to set up an appointment. The receptionist said the doctor put in the referral to expire in May. I was contacted in May to set up the MRI which was completed on 5/16/25. The office location and the place is very neat, well decorated and perfect ambiance. I am glad I was referred to Dr Sussman. He went above and beyond into details in explaining the health issue I was very concerned about. He also gave me the best health advice so I have something I can work on in order to reach my health goals.
