I don’t even know where to start. It took almost 8 weeks to get an appointment with Speciality Care (audiology) and then have the clinic cancel the appointment the day of because “the doctor of the day” is no longer available and won’t be because the doctor went into labor and will be on maternity leave . Congratulations Doctor 🥳. The clinic is totally understaffed. Scheduler trying to reschedule appointment but there are no appointments available for at least another 8 weeks. Showed up late due to Savannah traffic (I-95 was a parking lot) and they canceled my appointment. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and I just left because it usually takes months to see someone. The last time I had an appointment, I waited over 45 minutes to see someone. I really needed to be seen for a condition but, they don’t care…
Worst experience for medical i have ever received from people that are put there to try to help. My PCM dr.Jones does not listen to a word I tell him and thinks he knows my body better then I do. I just sent him paper work for FMLA and he waits till they are almost closed to right me back and tell me he won't sign it. If you are a veteran getting care from this facility I highly recommend that you talk to someone about going to another facility.
