I think all the Va systems especially this location are a damn joke. When I today for a mental health appointment and got a NP. All she could say is what can I help u with while I’m crying asking for help and get NONE
This place is very helpful. They seem like they care about you and want to help you. They do everything they can to help but it ultimately falls to the Memphis VA center community care which is awful so it’s not their faults. The team here is caring, work with you, and a great asset to Savannah TN. I’m thankful to have a resource like this available instead of having to travel all the way to Memphis.
Appointment persons are rude and not at all helpful. They will give you the runaround. I’m hoping to change my assigned clinic.
