came here to get an alignment, turns out they checked it out and did what they could but were unable to do the complete alignment, advised what was wrong and did not charge. friendly staff and even have a good wait area for guests and children, thank you.
Had to change this review because of this store’s willingness to make things right. Jason worked with me to ensure things were set right, and they were. My alignment was redone free of charge and also got a free oil change. If you need a service done the same day or don’t feel like spending hours at a dealership, come here they’ll make it right.

Awesome, quick, and efficient service. Jason is amazing. He made sure that all of my service needs were met. I strongly recommend this Mavis location for service.
Took my truck in to have a very small hole patched in the safe treaded area, was told it would be no problem, set an appointment for 3 days later when I had time to drop it off. After 2 hours they called and said it couldn't be patched because it was too bald and had no tread left. Excellent waste of time.
