If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor communication from the start. I would like to know how they are properly doing alignments on vehicles if the “tech” is uncomfortable adjusting caster or camber. I had an 11am appointment for an alignment on my Mustang. The car has been lowered 1.5 inches below stock, not a crazy amount, but all the required components for completion of an alignment are installed. I showed up early at 10:45 and got checked in. Excellent work, excellent people, and an incredibly friendly team that treated us very well. When I went in for an alignment, balancing, and tire replacement, they were very professional and did an outstanding job. I especially want to recognize the manager and all of the employees. They did excellent work, and their kindness did not feel forced at all—it felt genuinely sincere. The mechanics also do a fantastic job, especially the mechanic with dreadlocks who wears glasses. I had a great experience at Mavis Tires today. My car got a flat in route to the airport. Roadside Assistance took me to Mavis. I was stranded 765 miles from home. They were awesome. The tire I needed wasn’t in stock at that location and Jason went above and beyond to find it elsewhere and then went himself to pick the tire up. Once they had the new tire it only took 30 minutes or so to replace the flat one. I was on my way back yo the airport. I’m so appreciative of the care and the service Jason provided today. Thank you!!
My experience here at mavis was one of the best I’ve ever had the workers were fast they’re very friendly and helpful I recommend this mavis to anyone and everyone who may need help with any car problems I will be coming to the Pooler mavis whenever I have any issues with my vehicle
I can't remember the two staff members names who were working the counter today, but the two beautiful ladies were beyond exceptional. Friendly,patient, and efficient. The gentleman who performed the services was on point. Found and fixed my vehicles issue with a sense of urgency and effectiveness. Please give them the shout out they deserve!
