I had just been run off the road on my lunch break, had to get my car checked because I was losing pressure in my tire. The manager, Jason and the the rest of the staff are always so pleasant and treat ya like family. Thank You, all!! I just had all 4 tires done on my car here and I wanted to say that they are very friendly. My car was done in a reasonable amount time, at a reasonable price. I will be recommending this particular Mavis to everyone I know. Keep up the good work guys!
December 29, 2025 I was completely taken advantage of at the Mavis tires and brake location at 1511 Pooler Parkway, Pooler, GA 31322. I arrived at the location at 10 AM, expressing concerns to the general manager, Jason, that my steering wheel was loose. I explained how my steering wheel was flipped upside down, yet my tires were straight and that it was a safety concern. He told me the parts that were needed to fix my steering wheel. Daniel went above and beyond to help a customer out! The free air service wasn't work so he serviced my tires with a smile on his face! True excellent customer services!
I had the most terrible experience at this location. Mick, the mechanic, was rude and dismissive about my concerns regarding my vehicle. I came in needing my steering wheel fixed. Left paying $800 with the same issue with my steering wheel. Caucasian manager at the front desk was incompetent at his job. I will never go back or recommend this shop, especially for women.
I recently had my tire repaired and I have to say, I’m really impressed! The staff was super friendly, especially Tommy. He got me in and out in no time!
