We ordered tires and rims from an online provider for my daughters jeep and had them sent to Savannah tire for installation. From the first phone call with Boris at Savannah tire, I knew we were in good hands. They were helpful and courteous over the phone. The day of the installation, we found out the online provider had messed up the order in several ways and were not helpful about making it correct. Called the Victory Drive location and informed them that I was having trouble getting my truck to turn over. Was told, "that's our specialty". Took my truck in via you're truck on a Monday. No call Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Got on my scooter and drove to Mavis on Sunday. Saw my truck sitting in the parking lot where the tow truck dropped it off. Excellent service and customer service. Employees were great on timing and with answering all the questions I had.
I wanted to have my front brake pads replaced........just the pads. Parts for that job is about $35. I know what it takes to do the job and how to do it, I just can't physically do it. Took it in and thought I had all appearance of not being stupid. This job should takes 45 minutes at most. Man told me it would be $269 plus, incredibly $69 more to change my brake fluid when they bled the lines. Total$338...................changing brake fluid is not a normal thing nor is it needed. great service ! guys went extra mile when they replaced my 4 tires change oil and check my battery. if u need to replace tires , oil change please give it a try. i was happy to have my audi allroad serviced at this place and ill be back. i hope service stay the same!
Poor service. Tried to charge me for more expensive oil change than what dealer recommended. Mgr. stated, "the dealer is located nearby". How rude. $14.95 price is false advertisement. I will not return or recommend them.
