We ordered tires and rims from an online provider for my daughters jeep and had them sent to Savannah tire for installation. From the first phone call with Boris at Savannah tire, I knew we were in good hands. They were helpful and courteous over the phone. The day of the installation, we found out the online provider had messed up the order in several ways and were not helpful about making it correct. Called the Victory Drive location and informed them that I was having trouble getting my truck to turn over. Was told, "that's our specialty". Took my truck in via you're truck on a Monday. No call Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Got on my scooter and drove to Mavis on Sunday. Saw my truck sitting in the parking lot where the tow truck dropped it off.
