I was in this shop Friday all day after work they told me that they didn't have the tool that was needed in order to take off the tire rods they did absolutely no work on the vehicle the first day came in the second day at 10:00 in the morning it was in the shop for over 7 hours to replace two tire rods and two struts and not even do the alignment which is what I came in for in the first place.
