waste of time and money Terrible prices to high and flat out told lies to get my money. So-so customer service The service and helpfulness of the staff are uneven at this Savannah Tire. I tend to want to support local businesses, and I don't need anyone to roll out a red carpet for me, but I do believe that the folks--particularly the ones who work at the front desk--need a bit of customer service training. Misdiagnosis results in $1500 Repair As a woman it is difficult enough to take your car in for service, and you hope that the man behind the counter is shooting you straight. After misdiagnosing my Lexus as needing three new cylinder Coils to the tune of $600, Before I approved the repair, they assured me that this would fix the problem. The cars problem was not fixed. Good customer service and great car repair Savannah Tire and Brake is a good shop for the basics of car care. The prices for most services are average, including the tire prices. I have never had a problem with any work I have had done on my car here. The staff is friendly and do not seem pushy. They did not try to talk me into any unnecessary repairs either.
