Some of the best, thickest filet steaks I have ever eaten. Extremely tender.
Simply exceptional! We've been getting our pork and beef from Savannah River Farms for about a year now and it never fails to wow us! I started using their lean ground beef in our family meatball recipe and even my mother couldn't believe how much better it tasted. Their sausages are especially outstanding though--the spices are well balanced, not overwhelming and the sausage is not full of a bunch of filler like many other companies.
