I was a patient at SP for several years, going into it already having a diagnosis of general anxiety disorder and depression. I had been seeing someone for years before SP to treat these isssues and mine were especially resistant to medication. I suffered for years to the point that I had contemplated suicide several times. Been going to one of their staff for two decades, but since the sell out/merger the office staff is worthless. This new business venture is horrible. Will never use their services again and I greatly liked the Dr's.

For the past five years, I have had an overall positive experience and doctor/patient relationship with this physician, until this week. I had his last appoint slot of the day, 3:00. After leaving work an hour early and while being stuck in heavy traffic on I16 I called the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment to let them know of this situation. Do you think this was ok?
