However, in 9/2017, they apparently decided to be dishonorable and not pay our company for nine months of Google advertising services we had provided for them. Savannah Port Services told us on four occasions that checks were "in the mail" in an attempt to get us to provide further services after we told them we would not do anything else for them without a payment.
