I recently rented an e-bike from Savannah on Wheels, and Mellisa made all the difference. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the bike’s features and local routes. The bike was in excellent condition, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely rent again.
I had a great experience renting an e-bike from Savannah on Wheels. Mellisa, the owner, was outstanding—friendly, patient, and incredibly informative. She walked me through how the e-bike works, suggested scenic routes (outlined the city map with slower/easier blocks in one color and then busier streets with another color).
