I have used this company 5 times and the first four experiences were fine. But during my latest move, the movers scratched my new floors which I understand can happen. The owner told me to send him the bill. Once I had the floors fixed, the owner refused to cover the costs of repair and made up several hollow excuses as to why he would not pay for it.
