Took 3 weeks to swap out a transmission harness. Manufacture defect. Tech assigned kept not coming in to work, prolonging repairs. Staff was friendly and helpful but wont use them again. Gave me my truck back looking like this. Had to ask them to fix it.
Buddy of mine used them they sent a 3rd party out and really didn’t have a clue what they were doing and none of their computers could hook up to his truck and then told him he needed a sensor when all he needed was a regen
