I drove all the way from Kansas City here to get my boat worked on. Heard many good things about Savannah Marine and they did not disappoint. These guys are great.
I was out on Perry Lake and took a huge wave over the engine. My engine would not start again. I had to manually pull the boat onto the trailer... in the wind. Long story short, I took my boat to Savannah Marine. They could have taken my boat, billed me hours, billed me parts, and I would have been none-the-wiser. UPDATE: March 2024...It's been a few years since the outboard power up and Joel and his team have continued the same excellent customer service over that time. I've since sold the boat I had and purchased a different boat. Had some issues with the outboard and reached out to Joel. He fit me in right away, fixed the issue and without even an ask looked and found a couple of other items that were must haves that I'm glad were found and were able to be fixed (covered under warranty). Joel is the best Mercury mechanic in the Midwest. The best experiences I have ever had at a boat repair shop. I would.drive for hours just to have Joel work on my boat. I have never felt truly satisfied anywhere else.
