Every time I eat at the food court I have to walk around looking at the tables just trying find a clean one. it’s hard to find a clean one that isn’t taken.
I love everything about Savannah Mall except Champs! The employee's have been rude to my family today. We walked in and no one greeted us after standing in the store for 15minutes!!!! Five employees standing by the register and nobody said anything!!!! My family had planned on spending alot of money in there today! They need some customer service training A.S.A.P!!!

We went there at 6pm this past week. Literally this is a horror film location waiting to happen.
Escalator by Texas Road House still broken down....it's been what, six months? The soft play area that our children walk on is black and disgusting! The elevators and stairwells are certainly not wiped down or swept, much less mopped. No wonder the place is shutting down little by little. It used to be crowded back in the day. What a shame that the mall management has let it go this far.
