No communication. Felt as if the job was so small that it wasn't worth their time. Took my business elsewhere and now have the project underway.
We used them for a very large project which was way too large for them. Company is very unprofessional overall. There is a large disconnect between onsite work and billing department. Price escalated significantly after we paid them our deposit and we had no option but to stay with them. They knew we were in a rental and had time constraints so they exploited that for their financial benefit.
