The service was just as impressive; the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. I had an absolutely awful experience at Savannah Jewelers. Not only was the customer service subpar, but I was shocked to hear the staff making snide comments about customers while pretending to help. It’s one thing to have a bad day, but it’s another to mock the very people who are trying to give you their business. Y'ALL! Spencer and his staff at SVG are the best! My parents and I came down for my senior spring break at Tennessee, and we walked away with a new family heirloom! The professionalism, collection, and their love for gems and jewelry set them apart! Truly can't say enough good things about SVG, and I am so happy to have found them!!!!!!
