I called the number and they said they are retired in this business has closed.
Called several times. Spoke to the same man. Tried to reserve a boat for Saturday. I was told I would have a Pontoon boat for 100 an hour. The guy said to call back the next day cause he “wasn’t in the office” called back the next day. He took my name and number and said I could rent the pontoon on Saturday at 11am -4 pm. I call on Saturday at 9 am and he says “oh sorry I meant to call you yesterday but the pontoon has technical issues and it might be ready by 11, I’ll call you back within an hour.” He never called back, and... read more
This guy needs a new personality and line of work... terrible customer service. The phone etiquette is lacking and I’m being generous. He will never see a penny of my money!!!
Had a fantastic pontoon ride for 4 hours and came back to their restaurant where we had dress shrimp for lunch.They also have a seafood market .
