Buyer Beware! Just echoing the other one star post from Margaret S. Their workmanship is shoddy at best. Their model home is certainly not indicative of what your home will look like. Promises are not kept and complaints are ignored. Do NOT sign at closing until your punch list is finished out, because after you've signed on the dotted line, you'll not be treated as a valued homeowner.
I contracted Savannah Homes to build a Custom Home for me in 2012. I received a quote to build "the Cadillac of homes" for the price quoted, according to the builder. I would hardly call what I got a Cadillac. My house was constructed with the cheapest, bottom of the line materials and every possible corner was cut. The water line was installed with such cheap couplings that they separated on several occasions and plumbers had to be called to repair.
