Moving my mom, Edith, into assisted living was such a hard decision, but meeting Kimberly Tesla at Ambiance at Maitland changed everything. Amazing Community and great staff!
Mom lived here for about 6 months in their memory care unit. We had high hopes for Ambiance, considering it is now owned by Providence, though we were ultimately disappointed. We live out of state,and we asked the leadership team for simple, regular updates about the care given to Mom. Sadly, we were refused. Many of our communications to these leaders went unanswered.
