I have removed my review. Do not put your loved one in this facility. My family was deceived in to thinking our mother was safe and well taken care of.

Our Mother has been in the Memory Care unit at Savannah Grace for over three years. From day 1 the staff and administrators went above & beyond to make this transition as painless as possible for our Mother. Any questions or concerns have ALWAYS been addressed immediately. Mom is keep clean & cared for and her room is always tidy. She feels at home now and there are no words to describe the comfort that brings our family. My mother stayed at this facility and received poor and inadequate care. We had a phone conference with the administrator where our concerns were shared (I.e., medications and services not provided, staff entered my mother’s room not wearing a mask, and we received untimely notice from the facility regarding a staff member testing positive for COVID). Four days after leaving Savannah Grace, my mother was rushed to the hospital due to respiratory distress, tested positive for COVID and died 2 weeks later. We were told that we... read more

Seniors sitting in their urine. No one helping this place needs to be investigated. Old people who are paying need dignity. Stop them now.
