The job was eventually completed, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. Needed a gate fixed and custom made me a new one quickly and quite happy with the results!
They installed a fence and within a week the gate started visibly warping. It seems like the wood wasn't pressure treated? I'm not sure... but no problem because it's under warranty! So I called to schedule them to come back out and they've either pushed the time back or no-showed me since the beginning of April. I called again yesterday, left a message and no response.
