I have had numerous issues with dishonesty from this organization. My initial phone call to this dentist’s office was “Are you in network for XXX insurance”. They said, “Yes”. They were not, and kept charging my family increased costs. Every appointment we were up-sold. The hygienist (Ariel) would claim to do “deep-cleanings” without my permission and then try to charge more, even though the cleaning was the same quality and duration as any “regular” cleaning.
