If you are looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one, I highly recommend The Club at St. Cloud. My mother had a rapid decline in health after her husband died and it took a while before we found a perfect placement for her. We did at The Club. What stood out most was the genuine kindness and compassion in ALL staff from Judy, executive director to Felix, maintenance, to marketing director, Veronica, who would pop in to check on Mom when she first arrived. The community is so warm and welcoming. Every time I have been there for a meeting, there is something going on, everyone is happy and smiling.
I'm starting my search for a community as I think I'll be making my decision by mid 2025. I will be a member of The Club of St Cloud. The ED and staff were so nice and understanding. I got emotional as I feel as if I'm losing my independence and the were able to show me how I wouldn't be losing anything but gaining friends and extended family. The facility was clean and smelled good. It felt like home.
