Management is no good! They do not care about us residents! We need the state to look into what occurs in this facility.
The Administrator very unprofessional and could care less about her employees. It has potential to be a good place to work but they micro manage and show way too much favoritism. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They allow bad employees to do whatever they want, and mistreat the good ones. You aren't compensated enough for the work you do. There is WAY too much drama and bad talking.
