We were in and out in a little over an hour. They had plenty of toys in the waiting room, and in the patient rooms. All the staff was VERRRY friendly.
All the staff were incredibly sweet, kind and understanding. They were all fantastic and I have nothing negative to say about the staff, technicians, nurses or doctor. The wait times, however, were crazy. Our appointment was at 10:00 AM and we walked out of the building at 1:30 PM (this was our first ever appointment here for a heart murmur). Thank goodness they had some books and toys and I packed others plus snacks for my 3-year-old, but that kind of wait time is just insane… for both the kids and for working parents.
******UPDATE - THE FURNITURE IN THE LOBBY HAS FINALLY BEEN UPDATED BY HCA - LOOKS GREAT********THE CHAIRS IN THE WAITING ROOM ARE OWNED BY HCA AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE THEM - NO FAULT OF THE OFFICE - My son saw Dr. Burch for chest pain. He was very kind and thorough. The office staff was friendly and professional.
I wish I could give the ZERO stars!! 3 hours and still havent been called back.
