I'm very pleased with the staff and care that we have received since being referred. 5 stars!
Out of all the times my child has been seen here, we have been at this place 3+ hours. This is unacceptable for toddlers and young children. Especially because how absolutely disgusting this place is. I don’t see how HCA allows this place to be so nasty. I have an almost two year old so of course he isn’t going to sit still for an hour and a half in the waiting room. Never see you at the right time of your appointment appointment was at 9:45 and didn't even get seen
The girl working the front desk (kaylee) is rude and very racist. Then when I reported her actions back in December, I'm learning today they never did anything nor reported her to the main supervisor, who I was just speaking to, this place is of course only set up to help certain ones and Kaylee sure let it shows through here actions and she wanna say she's been working there 3 years and never got a complaint, well thats because some people really let alot slide in these companies and never says anything!
