Went to Statesboro location. Waited 50 mins past appointment time. Check in girl was not very friendly. Waiting room was crowded with people having to sit on floor & not very inviting. Than finally get called back & all nurse says is take of shirt & put gown on. Umm hello what are you doing I had to ask. Only good thing was Dr Broderick he was very nice & explained things very well. Thank goodness we dont have to go back. Will go else where if need a cardiologist in future.
We love the staff! Everyone is so kind, they have toys in the waiting room and all the patients rooms, they have tv playing Bluey and other Disney movies in the ultrasound room and other rooms, they work as fast as they can and the front desk is always kind and informative. They give my daughter a stuffie every visit! Thank you Savannah Heart Center!
Great Dr’s but today I showed up and signed my son in at 8:35 for a 9:00 appointment waited to be seen and people that didn’t show up until 9:00 went in before my son this happens all the time we show up for a 9:00 appointment sign in at 8:30 before everyone else and don’t get back first even if we are first no big deal but at the same time it rubs me the wrong way because I have sons in Manual wheelchairs and they don’t want to be there no longer than they have to be going back in two with other son for a 9 appt let see if ... read more
We had to take my newborn to the Statesboro location for an appointment. I was so blow away by how sweet each staff member was. I had to call the Savannah location after for something and each person I spoke with was so nice. You don't always see front office staff being so friendly.
If y'all don't replace those dirty and torn seats in the waiting area ASAP! Totally disgusting and unsanitary!
