This company is hard to contact! They have on their statement office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday but when you call they say the office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with lunch from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. I've called at other times and the message keeps saying because of inclement weather no one is available in the office today. Never went here and got billed. I went to the hospital and payed up front. No where does it say that I’d be charged by a third party company even more? Called Wednesday 12/5 at 1pm and the answering system said they were closed and to call back between mon-Friday and they take lunch 12-12:30. lol great stuff if this hits my credit I will have it removed. I have all the paperwork and recipes to prove that this is a fraudulent charge.
