I’m writing this review, because I feel like the radiologist do not read or have not paid close to every ct scan or xray I have had in the last 5 years, because I would have known why I am having severe belly pain and another thing why my bones hurt! But CT SCANS are not any good, because if they were I would not be dying, thanks to all these radiologist that did not care! All I have to say SOMETHING WAS MISSED! If I was just 10% as incompetent as their billing department, I'd be in jail. Trying to give them money for services rendered was more painful suffering than the medical thing I originally got the imaging for. This kind of behavior has no place in the land of the free. Thank you.
I would never use this place. They did not notify us that insurance did not pay the whole bill, never sent us an updated invoice or bill saying we owed them money and just sent it over to collections, mind you this is only over $200. What a joke, horrible office management and customer service.
I would give zero stars if possible. Chatham Imaging did the x-rays and MRIs prior to my heart surgery. They never acknowledged that I had insurance despite me telling them several times. I even had my insurance administrator call them and request a bill so that the insurance would pay, and they refused to do so. Keep in mind that my insurance would have paid 100% of the negotiated cost. I refused to pay because of this, and they turned it over to Jenning's collection agency. This company is hard to contact! They have on their statement office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday but when you call they say the office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with lunch from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m. I've called at other times and the message keeps saying because of inclement weather no one is available in the office today.
