I have been coming to this salon for many years. The staff has always been knowledgeable and kind. The salon is clean and bright. 5 stars for sure!
Tried to get mani/pedi details out of my wife to buy her a full service gift here. She started out skeptical and told me she has zero interest in navigating their multi-level technicians different prices. Want a 2:00 Wednesday appointment? "Yes we only have a level 3 at that time, no level 1's available." What? That reflects poorly on your "level1" employees. Also, CASH GRAB. Very disappointing. Moving on because my easy going wife has no interest in your appointment juggling based on tech experience. Hard pass.
My wife & I had manicure & pedicure today by Ninoska & Karina. They were spectacular and very professional. We highly recommend them.
