Tried to get mani/pedi details out of my wife to buy her a full service gift here. She started out skeptical and told me she has zero interest in navigating their multi-level technicians different prices. Want a 2:00 Wednesday appointment? "Yes we only have a level 3 at that time, no level 1's available." What? That reflects poorly on your "level1" employees. Also, CASH GRAB. Very disappointing. Moving on because my easy going wife has no interest in your appointment juggling based on tech experience. Hard pass.
My wife & I had manicure & pedicure today by Ninoska & Karina. They were spectacular and very professional. We highly recommend them.
I look forward to visiting this salon every time I am in the area. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the prices are fair. I am always very satisfied with my manicure and pedicure. I had the pleasure of working with Liz today, she took her time and was very meticulous with my nails. Liz exceeded my expectations and delivered a manicure that was even better than my reference. Liz was warm and friendly, but allowed me to enjoy the peace and quiet. 10/10
