Bought a truck from them July 31st 2024, and staff were friendly and helpful. However, they have not given me the title and told me that it’s in “processing”. To add salt to the wound, they have now permanently closed and won’t answer my voicemails. Now I have a car sitting in my driveway with no title after 5 months.
I had a great experience here! The people are friendly, honest, and a pleasure to chat with. John took care of most of my sale, Mike handled my finance negotiation and worked hard to get me a great rate for my credit score, and Kenya handled all my paperwork. John is amazing did everything he could to help assist me my family great customer service he and got me into a deal with exact car I wanted. We felt like family, & so welcome & not mention on such a busy day, also he constantly checked in on me my family. He walked us through whole process. He’s very open & honest!!! If I could give 100 ⭐️ stars I would!!! Im so grateful for the entire team getting my approval, Definitely will be back again. Go shop with these guys. They will not disappoint.
