Dr. Hartley’s office failed to properly seek an authorization for my vital connect device through Tricare, which left me with a $400 bill after it was processed through as a point-of-sale. I just got the bill from vitalconnect nearly a year after the service, obviously way too late for me to submit an appeal through Tricare. I was on Prime and should have had a $0 deductible. It’s crazy how another person’s mistake can cost so much!
Check in staff very friendly. Dr Hartley is always late. Today he was a no show. When he does show up, he seems to not have reviewed my chart ahead of time and does it on the fly. Tired of getting to my appointment on time and having to wait up to an hour for the doctor.
I was scheduled here after being seen at the emergency room for heart palpitations. After being prescribed meds and a heart monitor I was told it was nothing. No explanation on why it happened and at my last visit I hear the doctor leave the room and insinuate that I was making it all up. After being RECOMMENDED to go there. Please find somewhere else to go. Besides that the staff was very friendly.
