- Unprofessional customer service response - High turnover - Lack of towels/supplies for self service - Vacuums are almost always off - This car wash is ROUGH on your car - The blowers do not dry your vehicle - Does not remove bugs - Water spots after service EVERY time I had a wash pass membership for 9 months here. The thing I liked about it was that SCW has several locations, so I could always run through whether I was at home or work or out running errands. 2 months ago, one of the heavy brushes whacked my mirror so hard... read more
