Our family had a 10/10 experience kayaking off Isle of Hope, with Josh as our guide. He was excellent at everything- helping us operate our boats, explaining the workings of the marsh environment, the history of the area, plenty of time for relaxed fun. A perfect balance of everything. We would love to return to tbe Savannah area to do the other kayaking trips this company offers and we’d love to request Josh as our guide again.
We loved our paddle board tour of Ebenezer Creek/swamp with Mel. The scenery was stunning and a must if it is your first visit to Savannah. Mel was super engaging and gave great information about the environment and different species there. She was also extremely good at finding the animals, identifying an alligator, two turtles, and a snake. We had the best time and got some great photos!

I’ve really enjoyed working with Savannah Canoe and Kayak. I purchased my sea kayak 🌊 from them and they were really helpful and knowledgeable in the process, allowing me to demo several boats. I’ve also done a few classes and trips, and appreciate how thoughtful all of the guides are.
