Absolutely over priced, 2k a week for a room that is 10 feet wide and 25 feet long. The ants eat you up. Both around within walking distance. The hot water last about 6 min if you’re lucky. I have no idea why it’s gated, who in the heck wants in here, I have no idea. It’s not an ocean beach, it’s a damn creek bank they call an ocean, save your money and go somewhere else.
